I'm not a huge fan of repetition, but this one deserves another mention. The 20th Century's unnatural combination of lemon, chocolate and gin with an end product that both tastes sophisticated and doesn't end with "tini" deserves more praise than it's getting.
1.5 oz St. George Terroir Gin
3/4 oz Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao
3/4 oz Kina L'Avion d'Or (or Cocchi Americano)
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
