About this Cocktail

The depth and sweetness of this muddled twist on aqua frescas comes from the peculiar ratios it employs and quality fruit: ripe watermelon and dark red strawberries.

Its name references difficulties only two can solve: is it three for two? Three Four Two? Three-four, too? 3/4 twice? Once for Two?

Ingredients:
  • 5.25 oz Tequila Silver
  • 0.75 Agave Syrup
  • 0.75 Lemon Juice
  • 3 dashes Rhubarb bitters
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 strawberry, quartered.
Preparation:

makes TWO drinks - since 3/4 by 2 is too much of a hassle :)

In mixing glass: Muddle mint and strawberry in agave syrup and 1/4 oz tequila (if you're wondering hoe you get 5.5 oz, here's the answer)." Add remaining ingredients, shake over ice and double strain into coupe. Mint garnish.
