About this Cocktail

Chamomile, Apple Cider, Orgeat, Citrus, and Celery combine to make a very pleasant winter Daiquiri. Original cocktail by Mike Di Tota.

  • 2oz Chamomile Tea-Infused Rum
  • 1oz Apple Cider
  • 1/2oz Orgeat (Housemade)
  • 1/2oz Winter Syrup
  • 1/2oz Lime
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1 Dash Celery Bitters (Housemade)
  • 1 Dash Grapefruit Bitters (Housemade )
  • Garnish- Celery Leaves

Add all ingredients to mixing can, shake, double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with Celery Leaves.

Chamomile Tea-Infused Rum: Steep 3 Chamomile Tea bags in 1 bottle of White Rum for 3 days. Strain and bottle.

Winter Syrup- Add Clove, Cinnamon Sticks, and Star Anise to warmed Simple Syrup. Let steep for an hour .
