A reshake of a tiki cocktail from Matthias (Served By Soberon). I changed up the rum, while keeping it Spiced along with a meager amount of Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur.
2 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Blood Orange Juice
1/8 Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Orgeat
1/2 oz Grenadine
Blood Orange Crescent (garnish)
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, then add a small amount of pebble ice.
Whip shake until the pebble ice is all but dissolved.
Dirty dump into a tiki glass filled about 2/3 with pebble ice. Place a SurfSideSip glass bamboo straw in the glass along with a blood orange crescent. Add an umbrella and any other garnishes you find suitable.
