Another whiskey/bitters/salt triumph, brought to you this time by Eric Nelson of Laurelhurst Market in Portland, OR.
Ingredients:

1 oz Old Overholt rye

1 oz Punt e Mes
-
1/2 oz Dolin blanc vermouth
-
1/2 oz Campari
-
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
-
Small pinch salt
Preparation:
Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
