About this Cocktail
A take on Peter Bodenheimer's take on the Esquire's "Bitter Monk," taken because I ran out of ingredients doubling the drink for my special lady friend.
2 oz Dark Rum (I used Clément)
1/2 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash Fernet Branca
2 dashes Bittermen's Hellfire Bitters
Mix over ice, shake vigorously, strain into coupe. No garnish.
