About this Cocktail

Found some Rose water and came up with this cocktail upon a friend's request to feature in an underground dinner club.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Hendrick's Gin
  • 1 oz St Germain
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Peychauds
  • 2 drops rose water
  • Fresh thyme sprig and cardamom as garnish
Preparation:

Muddle cucumber with St Germain. Then add Gin, lime, and rose water. Shake well with ice and double strain in a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and a sprig of thyme. (Or cucumber slice if you have to improvise)

This sounds delicious, a restaurant here in Richmond did something similar with Rose-water-Vodka and Lillet (equal portions) and St. Germain. I made my own version of that one at home with rose-hip/hibsicus infused vodka (couldn't find the rose water on short notice. I'm gonna try yours out when I get my hands on some.)

Great! Let me know how it turns out for you when you get to it. I find mine at the local Total Wine. Think Richmond may have one. Otherwise if it proves difficult online or if there is a mid eastern grocery
