Found some Rose water and came up with this cocktail upon a friend's request to feature in an underground dinner club.
2 oz Hendrick's Gin
1 oz St Germain
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
2 dashes Peychauds
2 drops rose water
Fresh thyme sprig and cardamom as garnish
Muddle cucumber with St Germain. Then add Gin, lime, and rose water. Shake well with ice and double strain in a coupe glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and a sprig of thyme. (Or cucumber slice if you have to improvise)
