I found this recipe a couple of years ago from Food Fanatic’s Heather Tullos. Didn’t give it a try until I came across some blue cream soda and opted to riff some by continuing the blue hue and shaking it up instead of using the mixing glass.
1.5 oz RumChata
1 oz UV Blue Raspberry Vodka
~4 oz Dads Blue Cream Soda
1-2 dashes Blue Agave Syrup
Using a chilled Martini glass, sugar the rim halfway.
In a shaker add the Rum Chata, Blue Agave Syrup and the UV Blue Vodka, fill with ice and shake like you mean it.
Strain & pour contents carefully into the chilled martini glass and top with Dads Blue Cream Soda. Add one large Ice globe or cube carefully. No garnish needed, but add a stirring stick to blend the cocktail.
