About this Cocktail

A variation on the aviation: vodka-lavender liqueur instead of gin.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz vodka-lavender liqueur
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 dash rhubarb bitters
  • 1/4 oz Creme de violette
Preparation:

Mix first 3 ingredients over ice, shake, and strain into chilled coupe. Drizzle Creme de violette into drink. Lemon twist garnish (if you have one - we didn't).
