About this Cocktail
Apple Cider and Thyme notes pair well making a light refreshing cocktail for the fall and winter.
Original Cocktail by Mike Di Tota
1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Laird's Applejack
1 oz Apple Cider
3/4 oz Thyme Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish- Thyme Sprig
Add all ingredients to mixing can, shake with ice and double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with Thyme Sprig.
Thyme Syrup- 1:1 ratio raw sugar to water, bring to a boil. Remove from heat add a bunch of thyme and let cool.
