About this Cocktail

Two of my regulars at River Bar wanted one more round of drinks but needed to keep this one low proof. I riffed on a dry vermouth Mojito that I tinkered with earlier in the week to tie in their love of Cynar amaro.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Cynar
  • 1/4 oz Smith & Cross Rum
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 6-8 leaf Mint
Preparation:

Shake with ice, double strain into a Collins glass with 2-3 oz soda water, top with ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
