About this Cocktail
While on a zoom call one of our colleagues cited one of her most coveted bottles: Ambrosia. She then offered, “If anyone wants one, I’ll be happy to buy and ship it to you!” I asked and a short week later it was on my door step. Ambrosia, with 9 botanicals and hints of cantaloupe & blood orange, is a 4th generation Italian herbal Liqueur which translates to “Nectar of the Gods”. Try it as a substitute to Aperol or Campari or as just an adder to champagne, prosecco, cava or club soda.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz Prosecco
- 1.5 oz Ambrosia
- Splash of Club Soda
- Orange Slice Garnish
Preparation:
Add a couple of ice cubes to a chilled large cocktail glass (or a wine glass will do).
Add the Ambrosia, Prosecco and club soda. Add an orange 🍊 slice garnish and another ice cube or do before stirring for a brief couple of turns.
