Americano

About this Cocktail

This drink was first served in Italy in the 1860's at caffe Campari. Originally called the "Milano-Torino" because it used Campari and cinzano rosso vermouth. I like it with Carpano, but sometimes switch it up.

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz Campari
• 1.5oz Carpano Antica
• Splash of sparking mineral water
• Lemon twist

Preparation:

Pour ingredients over ice and stir lightly.
