Full disclosure: Angostura just posted this recipe* on Instagram, I made it and it's SUPREME. Something about the agave nectar and bitters just gives this margarita depth and extra smoothness.
Dry shake ingredients (to dissolve agave nectar) then ice shake. Pour into a chili/salt rimmed Old Fashioned glass with one big rock.
*They suggested blanco tequila. I think this one is better with Reposado. Note: a classic margarita without Cointreau is not worth its salt.
