About this Cocktail
I came into a lot of home-grown grapefruit. Naturally, I turned to tiki drinks.
1 oz dark Jamaican rum
1 oz Demerara rum
.25 oz pimento dram
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz grapefruit, the juice of
.75 oz lime, the juice of

Shake well with lots of crushed ice. Pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
