thinking something here in caribbean.
you will feel the fresh and tangy sweet flavor on red grapes amaretto and yuzu juice follow up the distinct character of Peruvian Pisco and cognac

Ingredients:
  • 1. oz cognac (hennessy v.s)
  • 1.5 oz Pisco
  • 1. oz Disarrono
  • .5. oz yuzu juice
  • .5 oz agave syrup
  • decorate with pineapple and crush grapes soak on
  • brandy.
Preparation:

5 pcs. of red grapes into shaker, crush them using muddler, add yuzu juice, agave, cognac, pisco, amaretto. shake well, double strain into a rock glass filled with big ice cube.
