Directly from the Aperol bottle. Also known as the “Venetian Spritz”. A major staple when in Italy and can be made with Campari. Campari vs Aperol will generate heated debate when in Italy. I prefer Aperol.
3 parts Prosecco
2 parts Aperol
1 part soda water
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add ingredients to glass and gently stir. Add orange slice as garnish.
Variations also include equal parts Prosecco & Aperol with a splash of soda water.
