2 oz Buffalo Trace
1 oz Apple Tea Syrup
2 dash Ellematauke Tikki Bitters
I made the tea syrup from Tazo brand Apple Tea. Brewed to a concentrate then added super rich to taste. Combine ingredients. Stir. Strain over fresh ice. Press clove into apple slice for garnish.
