About this Cocktail
Developed by Bittermens founder Avery Glasser for Amor y Amargo, a bar in the East Village often billed as a bitters tasting room.
1 oz. VSOP Cognac
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Rye Whiskey
.25 oz. Bittermens Hiver Amer
2 dashes of Angostura
6 drops of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
6 drops of Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate
Stir and serve up in a coupe. As an option, feel free to garnish with a twist of orange.
