Autumn Pimm's Cup

About this Cocktail

For cider week at Loyal Nine, my drink of the day was a seasonal Pimm's Cup.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Pimm's No. 1
  • 1/2 oz Chai Tea Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Preparation:

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass with 2 oz hard cider (here, Eric Bordelet Nouvelle Vague), top with ice, and garnish with an apple slice and freshly grated cinnamon.
