Averna Sour meets Gold Rush, magic ensues.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Averna
• .5 oz Rittenhouse or other tasty high proof rye
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• .75 rich honey syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2-3 dash Angostura orange
• 1-2 dash Angostura

Preparation:

Dry shake all, add ice and shake a bunch more. Double strain into egg coupe. Express oil from lemon twist across surface of drink, rim, discard twist. Get ready to live.
