Backseat Becky

About this Cocktail

A little Christmas “Cheers” — oh yeah, the linkage here? The Backseat Becky is derived from the season 6 finale of “Cheers”. Yep, the place where everybody knows your name.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
• 1 oz Myers Dark Rum
• 1/2 oz Pineapple 🍍 Rum
• 1/2 oz Hiram Walker Triple Sec
• 1/2 oz Liber & Co. Real Grenadine
• 4 oz Dole Pineapple 🍍 Juice
• Dehydrated Orange 🍊Slice Garnish
• Cranberry garnish

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.

Shake vigorously until well chilled and pour over fresh ice in a chilled rocks glass.

Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice and a couple of cranberries on a festive pick.
