About this Cocktail
In 2002 Dale Degroff gave us “Craft of the Cocktail” — eighteen years later, in the current edition, a few of his 500 recipes were omitted, the Bahia Breeze is one of them. That meant I needed to try it! Perhaps it was too simple a 3-ingredient drink, but it’ll be a regular for me. In DeGroff’s words, “It’s not like all the old stuff has been left behind, it’s still relevant.”
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz 1800 Reposado Tequila
- 4 oz Pineapple 🍍 Juice
- 1 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and dirty dump into a high ball/Collins glass.
