batched and aged at Small Batch Whiskey & Fare in Saint Louis, MO.
Ingredients:
- 1.75 George Dickel Rye
- .25 Maison Surrenne cognac
- .25 Demerara simple
- 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- House made anisette spray
Preparation:
Stir aged batch with large ice and strain into glass sprayed with anisette. Garnish with lemon twist and enjoy
