I created this for a Bärenjäger contest. I'll find out on the 22nd if I'm in the finals.
1 oz. BÃ¤renjÃ¤ger
1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton
1/2 oz. Four Roses Bourbon
1 oz. Brewed Chamomile Tea
3 Sage Leaves (1 for garnish)
1 Slice Gala Apple (cut into cubes)
Muddle 2 Sage leaves, apple, and tea in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and add all other ingredients. Shake vigorously and double strain over a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a smacked Sage leaf.
