About this Cocktail

Perhaps I should’ve started with the Big Bamboo before going even bigger, but here we are! An orgy of rums & juices in this great jug of a mug I picked up while sailing Disney Cruise Line’s “Wonder” while docked at their private island Castaway Cay!

  • 1 1/2 oz Kraken Dark Rum
  • 1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz Smirnoff Mango Rum
  • 3/4 oz Falernum Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat
  • 1/8 oz Campari
  • 2 1/2 oz Mango Nectar
  • 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
  • ~2 oz Club Soda

Combine all but club soda into a shaker & fill with a small amount of pebble ice. Whip shake for a brief time.

Fill a large tiki or bamboo container one third to halfway with pebble ice; dump the cocktail shaker contents into the container and top off with soda.

Add more pebble ice if needed and garnish tropically.
