About this Cocktail

Cocktail created by Luca Crudeli, owner & trainer at the Flair Art Bartending Academy in Rome, Italy

Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 Oz. Wild Turkey Honey
  • 1/2 Oz. Bitter Campari
  • 1 Spoon Xenta
  • Some Sparkling Water
  • Half cube of White Sugar
  • Sprinkles of Fernet Branca
Preparation:

the same preparation of the Old Fashioned Cocktail. Wet the cube with the Xenta and Bitter Campari and dissolve it with some sparkling water. Add the Wild Turkey Honey and practice at least 4 and a half minutes of stiring. 2 sprinkles of Fernet Branca. Garnish with orange twist and Fernet sugar waffle.
