I came up with this sly minx for our monthly cocktail special. It’s a right fine taste of summer.
1.25 oz House-Infused Cucumber Gin
1 oz Reverend Nat’s Viva La Pineapple Cider
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Honey Syrup (1:1)
0.5 oz Irish Whiskey
0.25 oz Townshend’s Kashmiri Amaro
Add everything to a shaker filled with ice and shake for a good 10-15 seconds. Fine strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lemon wheel flag with some chunks of fresh pineapple. ¡Viva la Pineapple!
