About this Cocktail
My drink of the day for Loyal Nine's Fernet week that I took Caribbean with a thought or two about the Benton Park Swizzle.
1 oz Rhum Agricole Blanc (such as JM)
1/2 oz Wray & Nephew Overproof White Rum
1/2 oz Benedictine
1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Fernet Branca (floated)
Build all but the Fernet Branca in a Collins glass, add crushed ice, and swizzle to mix and chill. Add a straw, float the 1/2 oz Fernet Branca, and garnish with a citrus peel pirate ship.
