About this Cocktail

From Esquire's Handbook for Hosts (1953)

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Sloe Gin
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
  • 1 lemon peel for garnish
Preparation:

In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients until chilled. Pour into a cordial or coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
