Bloody Inferno

About this Cocktail

Basically a Cynar Bloody Mary. Started making them at home a couple years ago. It’s a nice, savory alternative to a Sunday Bloody.
Don’t need the Worchestershire Sauce here, tons of umami. The Dante reference because there are no names left for Bloody variations at this point!

Ingredients:
  • 2 parts Cynar
  • 2 parts Bloody Mary mix
  • 1 part lemon juice
  • Black pepper, celery salt, Tobasco to taste
Preparation:

Add all ingredients, stir/shake (dealers choice) and serve. Garnish with speck-stuffed black olives.

We also just tried smoking it with wood chips in our new cocktail smoker recently. AWESOME! If you have the means, I highly suggest you try it. 🙂
