About this Cocktail
Credited to bartender Chris Hannah, courtesy of PUNCH. Found on the Food52 site, and I’m a sucker for drinks with names from literature. Bonus that it’s delicious.
2 oz. Bourbon
3/4 oz. Cynar
1/2 oz. Cherry Heering
Lemon peel garnish
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice, and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
