About this Cocktail

My way of not discard always the yolk; and it's delicious

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Bourbon
  • 50ml milk
  • 20ml 2:1 simple syrup
  • One egg Yolk
  • Garnish large orange zest
Preparation:

Add all to a shaker, shake hard, strain in cocktail cup, express the oils off the orange zest on top and garnish.
