Branches in a River

About this Cocktail

Made this a few days back with an i initial idea of using several Austrian spirits. Added some resin and genever as it went along.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Bols Genever
• .75 oz Zirbenz Stone Pine liqueur
• .75 oz Apricot Eau de Vie
• .75 Lillet rosé
• .5 German beet rock syrup
• 1 dash Brooklyn Hemispherical black mission fig bitters
• 1 dash bittercube bolivar bitters
• lemon peel & thyme for muddling

Preparation:

muddle a sprig of thyme and a lemon peel with the syrup in the shaker.
Add the spirits and shake with some ice.
Pour into a rocks glass with ice.
