About this Cocktail

This was created by Jeremy Oertel in New York. Served at the Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow.

Ingredients:
  • 25ml Branca Menta
  • 25ml Pusser's Gunpowder proof rum
  • 37.5ml pineapple juice
  • 10ml orange juice
  • 25ml coconut cream
  • Orange wedge garnish
  • Mint garnish
Preparation:

Add everything but the garnish to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously until the coconut cream has emulsified. Strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with an orange wedge and a mint sprig.
