About this Cocktail

Sara created this welcome drink at the Good Spirits Co. Christmas Cocktail Club in Glasgow. It showcased this excellent sloe and elderberry liqueur by Gabriel Boudier and Bernard Loiseau which smells and tastes like Stollen Christmas cake

Ingredients:
  • 25ml Verdant Dry Gin
  • 25ml Creme de Prunelles Sureau
  • 2-3 dashes Bitter Truth orange bitters
  • Top with the sparkling wine of your choice
Preparation:

Add everything but the fizz to an ice filled shaker and shake. Strain into a chilled flute and top with fizz. Serve with a piece of Stollen on the side.
