This was the last drink of the night at the Good Spirits co Cocktail Club in March. I’ve given Eastman’s original recipe here but I think it works better as a flip so you should try using the whole egg.
25ml Uncle Nearest Tennessee Whiskey
25ml Buffalo Trace Bourbon
20ml Mr Black Coffee Amaro
15ml Cocchi Di Torino
15ml double cream
1 egg white
1 dash of saline (4:1)
2 dashes Bitter Truth Spiced Chocolate Bitters
Dry shake all ingredients then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
