Found in “Eat What You Watch,” a book assembled by Andrew Ray from Binging with Babish on YouTube.
2 Egg Whites
6oz Butterscotch Schnapps (or butterscotch syrup for non-alcoholic)
2 Tbsp Simple Syrup
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
.25 cup Heavy Cream
4 cups (32oz) Cream Soda
In a cocktail shaker, combine the egg white, butterscotch schnapps, simple syrup, vanilla and cream.
Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Fill four chilled mugs about 3/4 full of cream soda, top each with a quarter of the egg white mixture and serve.
