An original creation of mine using coffee-infused Rum and Tequila. It’s a kick in the you know what. Buzzkill me, why don’t you stop?
0.75 oz Coffee-Infused Rum
0.75 oz Patrón XO Cafe Coffee liqueur
0.75 oz Orange-Clove Honey Syrup
1 oz Stumptown Cold Brew Coffee
0.5 oz Half and Half
0.25 oz Ginger liqueur
Del Maguey Vida Mezcal (in a spritz bottle)
Pour all ingredients except Mezcal into a shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds. Fill with ice and shake for another 20 seconds. Double strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Spritz some Mezcal over the top and garnish with some zest from a cinnamon stick.
