C3 (Creamy Candy Cane)

About this Cocktail

A tiny riff on something from Rum Therapy to enjoy over the holidays while opening your Advent calendar or lighting another menorah candle. Garnish it with a candy cane if you wish, but it’s pretty self explanatory without one!

Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 oz Bacardi Light Rum
  • 1/4 oz Vanilla Syrup
  • 2 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 2 oz Half ‘n Half
  • 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine
  • ~4 oz Sprite/7 Up/ Lemon-Lime soda
  • 1 drop of red food coloring (optional)
Preparation:

Combine all into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake like you mean it for 20+ seconds.

Strain over fresh ice in a chilled decorative holiday glass. Top off with Sprite and with a few individual optional teardrops of Grenadine over the frothy top.

Note: if instead of including the 1/2 oz of Grenadine in the pre-shake tin, you can pour as a last step to settle on the bottom, but then you may have wanted to include the drop of red food coloring to redden your cocktail.
