About this Cocktail
From Toronto, Ontario and Barballiol comes the a gin based sour.
1.5 oz Aviation Gin
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White (original recipe calls for 1/2 oz egg white)
Orange Wheel Garnish
Optional Garnish lemon twist
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled.
Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with orange wheel and lemon twist.
