About this Cocktail
This is a classic with our twist.
45ml of alcohol (rum, whiskey or liqueur
30ml of lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
5ml of house mint sugar syrup
All in shaker, wet shake till frost forms.
Then remove ice and a quick dry shake and strain into whiskey glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist
Or a few dashes of bitters in foam and swirl
