1.5 oz Dickel rye
.25 oz creme de cassis
.25 oz house-made ginger simple syrup
.25 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz champagne (or Cava)
1 blackberry, skewered
Add all ingredients but champagne and blackberry to shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into rocks glass, up. Add champagne. Garnish with blackberry skewer.
