The iconic “Category 5” from Hurricane Hannah’s at Walt Disney World’s Beach Club resort. It’s the bar at the resort’s incredible Stormalong Bay sand bottomed pool. In the 2nd & 3rd pix I neglected to have added the Grenadine and float of 151 rum - it tasted great then, but even better afterwards!
1.5 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
3/4 oz Creme de Banana
3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
Splash of Grenadine
1/8 oz float of 151 Rum
Combine all but the Grenadine and the 151 rum into a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously and double strain into an ice filled high ball glass.
Top with a dash of Grenadine and then a float of 151 rum.
The drink begs for a tropical fruit garnish, but that’s your option.
