About this Cocktail

Adapted from Saveur.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz St George Botanivore Gin
  • 0.25 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 0.75 lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.125 oz champagne vinegar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Celery, diced
  • Celery shrub
Preparation:

Muddle celery with a pinch of salt. Add the remaining ingredients and shake over ice. Double strain Into a coupé. Add two dashes of celery shrub. Garnish with celery leaf.
