Ingredients:
  • 2 oz gin
  • .75 oz St. Germain
  • .75 lemon juice
  • .75 simple
  • 1 egg white
  • Club soda
Preparation:

Dry shake all but club soda for 45 seconds with a blender ball. Add ice and shake for another 8-10 seconds.

Double strain into a chilled highball glass and top with club soda.
