About this Cocktail
I’m always going on about saving this or that cocktail from the very talented IG mixology community. This one is one of those — and in this case it’s one of hers: @RecipesbyDebbie . This one goes back roughly a year ago. I think I’ve encouraged all my followers to give her a follow, but in case I missed someone — do make a point of what this in the great white north can do!
Note: I used some of my favorites in the recipe like the lightly tinted, iris flavored French blue gin from Magellan (no relation) and the incredible @Liberco Fiery Ginger Syrup (collaborating partner).
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Magellan Gin
- 1/2 oz Dekuyper Blue Curaçao
- 1/4 oz Stirrings Ginger Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Liberco Fiery Ginger Syrup (gifted)
- 1/2 Egg White
- Flower Garnish (not pictured)
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30+ seconds.
Add ice and shake again for 10+ seconds until chilled.
Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish if you got ‘em.
