This months Cocktail Club at The Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow was taken over by Harry Olorunda from Emporia brands. This was his bitter sweet twist on the Breakfast Martini
40ml Jindea Single Estate Tea Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
1tsp Mango Chutney
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Rosemary sprig garnish
Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora Glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
