When I opted to make this cocktail, I had first considered using Steve The Bartender’s recipe - but I didn’t this time. Instead I riffed something similar to what TheCocktailDiaries did to keep it in line with my spouse’s tastes.
1 1/2 oz Chambord Liqueur
2/3 oz Absolut Vodka
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
4 drops Hibiscus Flower Extract
3/4 oz Grenadine
Combine all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker & dry shake for 30+ seconds.
Add ice & shake an additional 10 seconds.
Into a chilled martini glass, double strain the cocktail shaker contents into the glass and garnish with a trio of raspberries (not pictured).
