At the bar I bartend at. I came up with this drink cause blood oranges are in season and I love making drinks.
I decided this drink was going to be labor intensive and made to serve my customers as they get to watch all the work that I had put into this awesome drink just for them. Our chef made my simple syrup for me, I muddled the fresh blood oranges right there and customers watched. I did a sugar rim and garnished with the orange. Beautiful!!!
